Warehousing And Logistics

We've been at N0.719/6, T.H.Road in Thiruvottiyur for quite a while now. Most people around Chennai know this area is busy, and we're right in the middle of it. Our space is basically where stuff sits before it needs to go somewhere else. It’s a lot of moving boxes, checking lists, and making sure the trucks can get in and out without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on T.H. Road makes things slow, but that’s just how it is here. We handle a lot of different goods. Some days it’s quiet and we’re just organizing the shelves, other days it’s a total mess with deliveries coming in every hour. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the warehouse floor and a small desk where we keep the logs. People come by to drop off shipments or pick things up for local shops. We try to keep track of everything, though sometimes the paperwork piles up. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside, which is basically all the time in Chennai. We just focus on getting the crates moved and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. There isn’t much to it besides that. Just a lot of heavy lifting and keeping an eye on the clock to make sure we finish before the gates close. It’s what we do every day.
