You can find us at Neeraj Kumar Singh’s place, which is House Number E-6 in the 4th West Kamraj Nagar area of Thiruvanmiyur. We are right here in Chennai, not too far from the coast if you know the geography. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a big commercial hub, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. The house itself is where we handle all the business for Wabco Tvs. We don't have a big warehouse or a shiny office building with a glass front. It’s just a regular house where we have set up our workspace. Sometimes the neighbors are out washing their cars or kids are playing on the street while we are inside working. It’s a bit different from a corporate office, but it works for us. The Chennai heat can be tough, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing materials to show people. We just focus on the actual tasks that come in every day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through files at the desks we’ve set up in E-6. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We’ve been in Kamraj Nagar for a while and the people around here are used to seeing us coming and going. It’s just our little spot in Thiruvanmiyur where we get things done. We don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
