Voltech Manufacturing Company Limited

Our place, Voltech Manufacturing Company Limited, is set up at No. 429 Mount Polnawally Road in Pachangarh. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but the space is what we need for the manufacturing side of things. The building is large and mostly filled with the sound of machines humming and metal hitting metal. It’s loud, and you usually have to raise your voice to be heard over the noise. We don't have any fancy carpets or soft chairs. It’s concrete floors and metal workbenches everywhere you look. We spend the day monitoring the production lines and making sure the parts are coming out the way they should. The road outside, Mount Polnawally Road, can get pretty busy with trucks bringing in raw materials or taking away the finished goods. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time. Pachangarh is a quiet enough town once you get away from the industrial zones. We don't worry about being polished or having a shiny office. We just want to get the manufacturing done right and get home to our families. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down and we have to spend hours fixing it, but that’s just part of the daily grind for us.
