Vklm Ventures Llp

Our office is located in Adyar, which is one of the busier parts of Chennai. We are on the first floor of Primrose Apartments, specifically in unit D 5. The building is at New No. 51 on Ellaiamman Koil Street. Vklm Ventures Llp is based here. It’s a convenient spot because Adyar has everything you could need within walking distance. The apartment building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and gives us a solid place to work. We have our office set up on the first floor, so it’s just one flight of stairs up. Inside, the space is divided into a few working areas where we keep our files and computers. It gets quite busy during the day with the phone ringing and the general noise of the city coming through the windows. We usually have a lot of paperwork to get through, so the desks are often covered in documents. Ellaiamman Koil Street can get a bit crowded with traffic, especially in the evenings, but it’s a good place to be. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of our ventures. There is no corporate lobby or receptionist, just us in our office getting things done. We like the practical nature of this setup. It’s a real workplace for real work, right in the heart of Adyar. We've been here for a while and know the local area very well.
