Vita Talents is based over on Gandhi Road in the Mittanamallee area. If you are familiar with the Avadi IAF region, you will find us at No. 4. We have been set up here in Chennai for a while now. It is a Private Limited company, but we keep things very low-key. Most of our day is spent dealing with people and talent-related stuff, hence the name. It is a busy little office. We are not interested in being some high-rise corporate entity. We like Gandhi Road because it is easy for folks to get to. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon or try to act like we are better than we are. We just work. People come to us when they are looking for help with finding the right people or getting their careers moving. It is a lot of talking and listening. We have got a small team and we all pitch in on everything. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we run behind on emails, but we get the job done eventually. Being in Mittanamallee keeps us grounded. It is a regular neighborhood and we are a regular business. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and start working through whatever the day brings. Sometimes we have tea together before the rush starts and the phone starts ringing.
