Vishv Consultants

Vishv Consultants is located in the SBI Staff Colony in Arumbakkam. We are on 4th Street. Like many places around here, the address can be a little tricky—it’s New No 9, but some people still know it as Old No 24. We’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for a good while. It’s a quiet residential area, which helps when you need to focus on consulting work. We mostly deal with the technical side of things, checking plans and making sure everything is up to code. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we find it interesting to see how buildings are put together. The office is pretty lived-in. There are files stacked up on the shelves and we always have the fan running to keep the air moving. We don’t really do fancy marketing or advertising. Most people find us because they know someone we worked for in the past. Arumbakkam has changed a lot since we first set up here, but the colony stays pretty much the same. We like the local feel of it. When someone comes in, we usually just sit around the main table and go over the documents together. We try to explain things in plain English so nobody gets confused by the technical jargon. It’s just a straightforward service we provide. We’re here most weekdays if anyone needs to drop off some papers or ask about a building rule. It’s a simple office, but we get the job done for the people who come to see us.
