Our office is located at No.22 on Kothanda Ramasami Koil Street, which is out in Thuthi Pattu. Being near the temple means there is always some kind of activity or music floating through the windows, especially during festival times. Vellore is a hot place, and Thuthi Pattu is no exception. We have a small room where we manage everything for Vishranthi Homes Pvt Ltd. It’s not a big corporation with hundreds of people. We are just a small group trying to get things built properly. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the front step. We have some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, there are rolls of drawings leaning against the walls and samples of tiles scattered on the floor. People from the village often stop by to chat or ask about job openings on the latest site. We don't have any fancy brochures or a receptionist. If the door is open, you just walk in and find someone to talk to. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We focus on the daily tasks of getting the foundations poured and the bricks laid without making a big fuss about it. There is always a lot to do, and the phone never really stops ringing with questions about materials or weather delays.
