Vishnu Eye Clinic & Laser

You can find us at C-46 2nd Avenue Anna Nagar East Anna Nagar East. It’s a pretty well-known part of the neighborhood. The clinic is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to get in. We spend the day testing people’s eyesight and fitting them for glasses. We have the laser equipment in a separate room for more specific work. The walls are covered with those charts that have the letters getting smaller at the bottom. We have a lot of frames on display, though they aren't the latest fashions or anything. It’s a functional space. The lighting is kept a bit soft because many of our patients have sensitive eyes. We’ve got a small area where people can sit while their pupils dilate. It’s a lot of waiting around for them. Our staff is mostly just busy with the machines and the paperwork. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a local shop where we happen to do eye exams. Sometimes the printer jams up when we’re trying to print out prescriptions and we have to fix it ourselves. Most of the people we see live right here in Anna Nagar East, so we see them around the neighborhood too. We keep the equipment clean and try to get through the day as best as we can. It is a steady routine of eye tests and glass adjustments for the folks nearby.
