You can find us over at Norton Apartment on Norton Road in Mandaveil. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for a good while now. The office is at 18 B, and it’s usually filled with talk about electronics and different home appliances. Mandaveil is a busy area, and being on Norton Road means we’re right in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of different items, from video gear to things people use in their kitchens. It’s not a giant showroom with bright lights, just a place where the business side of things happens. We get deliveries, we check stock, and we talk to customers who’ve known us for years. Chennai weather is always something we have to work around, especially when it’s humid, but we keep the fans moving. The apartment building is an older one, which gives it a bit of character. We like it here because it feels like a community. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure people get the appliances they need without any fuss. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, moving boxes or checking ledgers. That’s just a normal day for us. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If someone needs a fridge or a camera repaired or sold, we just talk to them like neighbors. It seems to work well enough for everyone involved in the end.
