We've been over here on 11th Main Road in Anna Nagar for a while now. Most people just walk past our spot at Af-53 when they’re headed to the market, but we’re usually inside dealing with phones and stuff. It gets pretty busy around here in the afternoons. Honestly, it’s a small space, but we keep it organized enough to find what people need. If you’ve ever had a screen crack or a sim card just stop working for no reason, you know how annoying that is. We spend most of our day looking at tiny circuits and trying to explain things to customers who just want their tech to work again. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we can hardly hear each other talk. Anna Nagar is a good place to be though, there's always something happening right out front. We see the same faces every week, mostly locals who live nearby and just pop in to ask a quick question about their bills or a new cable. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and a few chairs for people to wait. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of repairs we have stacked up. Sometimes we run out of tea by noon. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here. We try to get things done without making it too complicated. Nothing fancy, just the usual work that keeps us busy from morning until we close.
