Our office is located at 111 Mansion Site in the Police Line area. It’s right in the Thousand Light part of Chennai, which is a pretty central spot to be in. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on CAD services and drafting. It’s an old building, but it works for what we need. Most of our days are spent in front of screens, clicking through designs and making sure every line is in the right place. The neighborhood is always busy, so there’s plenty of life right outside the door. We aren’t a huge team, but we know the work well. Sometimes people drop by with sketches on napkins and we have to turn those into proper digital files. It’s a lot of staring at coordinates and layers. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because the work itself can be quite stressful with all the tiny details. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available at their desk. Usually, there’s a stack of paper somewhere that needs filing. Being near the police line means it's easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. We just do the work and try to help people get their projects moving. It's a steady routine of drafting, checking, and sending out files. It keeps us busy from morning to night.
