Vinodkumar & Co.

If you head down Rajiv Gandhi Road and look for number 445, that is where you will find Vinodkumar & Co. It is a pretty plain building, nothing that really stands out from the outside. We have been here for a good while, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are stacks of files on the desks and the chairs have seen better days. We don't really go for the modern look because we are too busy with the daily routine. The road outside can get quite dusty and noisy with all the traffic, so we usually keep the windows shut. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with people who drop by for business. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually the busiest spot in the morning. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It is a small team and we all know what our jobs are. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back, chatting about the news or the weather. It is just a regular office doing regular things on a busy road. We’ve been part of this street for years and everyone around here knows the sign well.
