Vindhya Constructions

Vindhya Constructions is situated on the ground floor of Plot No 104 on Prasad Street. We are in the Velacheri area, specifically Dr Seethapathy Nagar. It is quite near the TCS building, which is a big landmark around here. Being in Velacheri means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. Our office is not anything fancy, just a ground-floor space where we keep our plans and papers. We spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is where we return to get the paperwork done. The street is usually okay, though parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes like anywhere else in Chennai. We have been working out of this spot for a while. We do not have a massive crew or a sleek front desk. It is mostly just us and some dusty boots. We take on various projects and try to keep things moving forward. Dealing with construction means there is always something unexpected, but we just handle it as it comes. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys on Prasad Street. We do not spend much on marketing; we would rather just show what we have built. It is a busy life, but we like being part of the Velacheri community. If you are walking past Dr Seethapathy Nagar, you will probably see our sign. We are just a local team doing work in the construction field.
