Vijaya Sai Durga Mens Pg

I've been running Vijaya Sai Durga Mens Pg for a while now here in Thoraipakkam. It's right on Pillaiyar Koil Street, specifically at 1/218. Most of the guys who stay here work in the nearby IT parks or study. We have different rooms, some share and some are single. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get ready for work. The street outside is usually full of people and small shops where you can get tea or snacks. We try to keep things clean, but with so many people, there is always something to fix or a lightbulb to change. The kitchen area is where people mostly hang out after they get back in the evening. It’s not a big fancy hotel, just a place for men to stay while they are working in this part of Chennai. I spend a lot of time checking the water supply and making sure the Wi-Fi is actually working because that's what everyone asks about first. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait for the laundry area, but everyone eventually gets their turn. Living here means you are close to the main road but tucked away enough that it isn't too loud at night. We see a lot of people come and go, some stay for years and others just for a few months until their job project ends. It’s a simple setup we have going here.
