Via Chennai Ocean & Air Logistics

Down in Gandhi Nagar, specifically on the second floor of Gokulam Apartments, is where you’ll find us. We’re in Suite 1-J at 87/38. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the bigger roads in Chennai. Via Chennai Ocean & Air Logistics is basically a bunch of us sitting in an office surrounded by boxes and files. We handle stuff going over the sea or through the air. It sounds like we travel a lot, but mostly we are just making sure other people's stuff travels. Logistics is a lot of waiting for people to call you back or waiting for a boat to dock. We’ve been in this apartment suite for a bit now. It gets cramped when there's a lot of paperwork, but we make it work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just how things are. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate giant. We just handle the ocean and air side of things for people who need it. The view from the second floor isn't much, but it's home for the workday. We talk to truckers, we talk to pilots, and we try to keep everyone on the same page. It’s a lot of coordination. You wouldn't think a small place in an apartment building would be doing all this, but here we are. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get it done.
