We are located at 3/643 Parivakkam Road, which is pretty easy to find since we are right near the Bisleri water company. It’s a dusty part of the road with a lot of heavy trucks passing by all the time. Inside the gates, it’s mostly just industrial work. We have machines running for most of the daylight hours. It gets quite noisy, so we often have to shout to be heard over the clanking of metal. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People usually just walk into the main shed to find us. We deal with various industrial parts and fabrication tasks. Some days are just spent maintaining the equipment and oiling the parts so nothing breaks down. The floor is concrete and has plenty of grease stains from years of operation. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand. We don't do much talk, just get to the welding or the cutting as needed. The heat from the machines makes the shed quite hot in the summer, but we keep the big doors open for whatever breeze comes through. It’s a hard day’s work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside by the road until it comes back on.
