Velankani Infrastructures & Project Private Limited

We are located on St. Xavier Street in Royapuram. It’s an old part of Chennai and the streets can be pretty narrow, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. Being near the coast means it’s almost always humid, and the office fan never really stops spinning. We work on various projects across the city, mostly focusing on the infrastructure side. It’s a lot of coordination between the different teams and making sure the materials arrive at the sites on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes around 600013, which makes for some long mornings. Our office is just a plain room with a few maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don't have any fancy signage or a big reception area. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. You’ll usually find us arguing over a project timeline or drinking coffee from the shop around the corner. It’s noisy outside with the school nearby and the local markets, but it feels like home. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. The paperwork piles up, the weather gets hot, and we just keep moving forward with the projects on our list. You can smell the salt from the ocean on some days when the wind is blowing right. We don't really have a website or anything like that because most people just come by the office.
