Our Chennai office is tucked away in the Arihant Vaikunt Apartments over in Purusawalkam. We are in Block No. 3, Flat 11F. It might seem a bit odd to have an infrastructure company in an apartment building, but it works for us. It is right on Bricklin Road, so it is easy for people to find. We do a lot of our planning and the legal stuff from here. When we aren't in the office, we are usually out at project sites around the city. Chennai is a hot place to work, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle all sorts of infrastructure tasks. It is a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure materials show up. Sometimes the traffic in Purusawalkam is a nightmare, but we manage. We have been doing this as Velankani Infrastructure & Projects for quite some time now. We aren't fancy people. We don't have a shiny lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you will just find one or two of us buried under some blueprints or talking on the phone with a contractor. We just try to be practical. If a project has a problem, we find a way around it. We don't like to overthink things too much. We just get the work done and move on to the next one. It is a busy life, but we like it that way. We just keep moving forward.
