Vee Shun Exim

Vee Shun Exim is based at No. 20 Muthukrishnan Street. We are up on the 1st floor in the Kondithope area. If you’ve spent any time in Kondithope, you know it’s a place where a lot of trading happens every single day. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time dealing with export and import tasks, which basically means a lot of shipping labels, phone calls, and checking on crates in the heat. The first floor works well for us because we can see what’s happening on the street but still have a bit of a dedicated workspace. It is a fairly simple setup. We don't have fancy furniture or big neon signs. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked on shelves. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep, but we are used to them by now. We handle the daily grind of moving goods across borders, making sure the customs stuff is handled and the clients get their things eventually. It is not always exciting, but it is steady work that pays the bills. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Muthukrishnan Street pretty well. Sometimes it gets crowded outside with the trucks and deliveries blocking the way, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We just try to stay organized and keep the business running smoothly.
