Aec Cnc Private Limited

Our shop is on Arcot Road in Vadapalani. We’re in units one and three A. If you’ve been around this part of town, you know it’s always crowded and the traffic is a nightmare. We do CNC work here at AEC. That means a lot of machines running all day and the smell of cutting oil in the air. It gets pretty loud when everything is switched on and running at once. We mostly take drawings from customers and turn them into metal parts. It takes some real patience to get the programming right on the computer. We have a few guys who are really good at it and have been doing it for years. The floors are concrete and usually have some metal shavings on them, even if we sweep twice a day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of the workspace with the machines. We spend most of our days measuring things with calipers and making sure the machines are calibrated properly. It’s precise work but it’s done in a very ordinary, humble setting. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back, but usually, we’re busy from morning till evening. We’ve been in Vadapalani for a good while now. People know they can bring us their designs and we’ll see what we can do to help. It’s just a practical place for people who need parts made right.
