V S Baheti & Co is located on Armenian Street. This is one of those old parts of the city where the buildings have a lot of character. Our office has been here for a long time. It’s a busy street, full of history and commerce. You can see the old architecture every time you walk out the door. The office itself is a bit cramped because we have so many files and records from over the years. We haven't changed much of the interior. It still has that old-school feel with heavy wooden desks and old fans. We do our daily work here, mostly focusing on the business side of things. There’s always someone coming in or out with papers. The noise from Armenian Street is something you just learn to ignore after a few weeks. It’s a mix of vendors, traffic, and people rushing to the nearby shops. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep us going. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s a place with some soul. We know the other business owners on the block and we often chat on the sidewalk. Our team is small and we’ve known each other forever. We don't use much technology beyond the basics. We prefer doing things the way we always have, which seems to work out fine. It’s just a steady, traditional way of running a company in an iconic part of town.
