V P Silver Works Private Limited

V P Silver Works is our small business located at House Number 20 on Anna Street. We are right in the middle of Thiruvanmiyur, which is a busy part of Chennai. We deal with silver items mostly. It is a trade we have been at for a long time now. The street is usually full of people and activity, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door on Anna Street. Inside, we have our tools and the silver we are working on. We do some repairs and sell some things we have made too. There are a couple of us here every day. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in Chennai. We just want to do our silver work and go home to our families. People from the nearby apartments come in when they break a chain or need a small gift for a wedding. We know the local shopkeepers around here. Sometimes we share a tea in the afternoon when things slow down. The humidity in Chennai can be a bit much for the metal, so we have to be careful how we store things in the cupboards. It is a simple life, really. No big corporate meetings, just us and the silver. If you are walking down Anna Street, you will see us at number 20. We usually have the door open to let the air in.
