We are based at No 82, Varadhamuthiappan Street in the Parrys neighborhood of Chennai. This part of the city is known for being the center of commerce, and our street is no different. It is a narrow road and can get quite congested with traffic and people walking. Our shop has been here for a long time. We focus on the daily tasks of running a small company in a big city. The office space inside is quite basic with just the desks and files we need. We don't have any corporate decorations or modern furniture. Everything here is for utility. We spend our days answering the phone and dealing with the people who come to the door. Since we are in Parrys, there is a lot of competition around, but we just focus on what we are doing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. It is a straightforward operation. We don't make big promises or use complicated language. We just provide what we have and try to be fair with everyone. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things rust a bit faster, so we have to keep an eye on our equipment. It is just the reality of working in this part of Chennai. We are here every day except for holidays.
