It’s an easy place to find if you know the area, but the street numbers can be a little confusing if you’re new. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The office is tucked away, providing a bit of a break from the noise of the main shopping areas. We do consultancy work, which mostly means we listen to people's business problems and try to offer some sensible steps to take. It’s not an exact science. We rely on what we’ve learned over the years. The office feels lived-in. There are stacks of folders and the occasional half-empty coffee cup. We aren't the type to wear suits unless there’s a really good reason for it. Usually, it’s just casual clothes and a lot of focus on the computer screen. We don't have a marketing team or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. We just work with whoever comes through the door. It’s a small, local operation, and we like keeping it that way.
