We have been running Urc Construction Pvt Ltd from our office here at No.21 in Bankcolony 4Th Street for a while now. It is a quiet part of Madhavaram Milk Colony in Chennai. Most people around here know where we are. We just do our work day by day and try to keep things moving forward with the projects we take on. The traffic in Chennai can be a bit much sometimes but being in this part of town helps us stay connected to the local area. We handle various building tasks and the office is where all the planning happens before we head out to the sites. It isn’t a fancy place but it gets the job done for us. Our staff usually comes in early and we stay until the sun goes down or the work is finished. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things are slow. Dealing with the heat in the city is just part of the routine for everyone here. We have grown over the years but the way we handle things stayed the same. It is just about showing up and doing what needs to be done. If you walk down 4th street you will find our gate easily enough. It is a simple setup with some desks and files everywhere like any other working office. We don't spend much time making the place look like a showroom because we are mostly out working on site.
