Ultra Scan Services, Karnataka

It is a bit funny because the name says Karnataka, but Ultra Scan Services is actually located right here in Chennai. We are tucked away in Santom Colony, specifically at 9/8 in Anna Nagar West. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial blocks, which is nice. We do a lot of scanning work, mostly documents and technical stuff that people bring in. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with scanners and computers. It gets a little cramped when we have a big project going on and boxes are stacked up to the ceiling. We do not have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk past it the first time. The air conditioner is almost always running because the equipment gives off a lot of heat, and Chennai weather does not help at all. We have a small staff and we have worked together for a long time. We do not follow any strict corporate rules here. If someone needs a break, they just go grab a tea from the stall around the corner. We get the work done and people seem to find us just fine by word of mouth. It is a steady routine of feeding paper into machines and checking the digital files. We have been in Anna Nagar long enough that we know all the delivery guys by name.
