Our office for Udhagai Nidhi Limited is located at AH-116 on the 7th Main Road in Anna Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and the 7th Main Road usually has a lot of movement. We chose this spot because it’s accessible for people coming from different parts of the neighborhood. We aren't a big bank with a hundred branches. We are just this one place where we help local members save their money and get small loans when they need them. The office is kept simple. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit while they wait. We spend our mornings going through the previous day’s entries and getting things ready for the people who stop by after lunch. Anna Nagar is a busy place, but inside our office, we try to keep things calm and organized. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell things people don't need. Usually, someone comes in because they want to put aside some money for their kid’s education or a wedding. We just explain how the deposit works and get the paperwork started. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important for the families around here. We’ve been at AH-116 for some time now and most of our members are like friends. It’s just a local office doing local work.
