Turbo Mot India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of No.15 in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Thirumazhisai. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks going by. Our place is basically a workshop and office combined into one. We spend most of our time dealing with technical parts and making sure things are working right. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes it gets pretty dusty with all the activity around the estate. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture because that isn't really the point of being here. We just need the space to handle our equipment and the tools we use. The estate can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't used to it, but once you find number 15, you’re there. We have a small group of people working here and everyone knows their job. It’s not a quiet office job, that’s for sure. There’s always something that needs fixing or a delivery that needs to be checked in. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and it works for us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the daily list. It’s simple, honest work without any of the big talk you hear from larger companies. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way in our own space.
