We are located at Asharathna Apartments, specifically 44/16 on 7th West Cross Street in Shenoy Nagar. Chennai is always hot, so the first thing we do when we get into the office is turn on every single fan we have. Being in an apartment building for work is actually pretty nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our files and equipment spread out across the rooms. Shenoy Nagar is a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from the main roads, but our little cross street is tucked away just enough. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors all know us by now. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind the exercise. Most of the day is spent handling calls and dealing with the logistical side of the business. It’s not always pretty, especially when the monsoon rains start and the streets get a bit flooded, but we keep the doors open. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. People just know where we are. We usually have lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s a practical way to run things without spending money on a fancy downtown office that we don't really need for the day-to-day.
