We’re over at No. 75 on 4th Street in Abiramapuram. It’s just down the way from some other offices, but our spot has its own character. Trivitron Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. is where we put our focus on the more technical side of healthcare equipment. The office isn’t huge, but we make the most of every square inch. We’ve got shelves lining the walls filled with components and manuals. It can look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but there’s a system to all of it. Most of us here have spent a long time learning how these medical systems work. We don't really have a sales pitch; we just talk about the specs and what the machines can do. The street outside is usually lined with trees, giving us a bit of shade in the afternoons. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s construction nearby, but mostly it’s just the sound of the office—phones ringing and people typing. We handle a lot of technical calls throughout the day. If something goes wrong with a machine somewhere, we’re the ones trying to figure it out from here. It’s practical work. We eat our lunch together in the small pantry area when we get a break. It’s a decent place to work, and we don’t feel the need to make it look like a high-end gallery. We just keep the lights on and the work moving until the day is done.
