Our shop is at No. 11/6 on the first floor of a building on Sivaraman Street. If you know where Kellat School is in Triplicane, we’re just a short walk from there. Triplicane is a very busy part of town with narrow streets and lots of people. We deal with various products that people use every day. The office on the first floor gets a lot of the street noise, like the bikes and the vendors calling out. We have shelves lining the walls filled with our stock. It can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives. We spend most of our time organizing these items and getting them ready for customers. It’s an old building, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We know the neighbors pretty well since we see them every day. The school nearby means it gets really loud when the kids are let out, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We aren't trying to be anything special. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving. There’s always a bit of dust because of the traffic outside, so we’re always wiping things down. It’s a simple life on Sivaraman Street, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s a bit cramped but it works.
