We are located at number 19 in Sait Colony, on the 1st Street in Egmore. It’s a pretty central part of the city, which is helpful. The street is relatively quiet compared to the main roads around Egmore station. Trella Exim is a small team working out of this building. It’s an old house that was converted into offices, so it has a lot of little rooms and hallways. We use the main front room for most of our work. There are files stacked up on almost every available surface because we deal with a lot of customs documents. We don’t have a fancy board room or anything. If we need to talk about something, we just sit around the main desk. The kitchen is tiny, but the fridge works and we keep plenty of water in there. Working in Egmore means we’re close to everything, but the traffic to get here in the morning can be a real pain. We’ve been here for a few years and the plumbing is a bit temperamental, but we like the character of the place. We aren't a high-tech startup or a big multinational. We’re just a group of people trying to make a living by helping businesses move their goods. It’s a lot of boring paperwork and phone calls, but we’re used to it. We don't have any marketing people, so we just do our work and let that speak for itself.
