We are located at Old No 221, which is now New No 107, on Linghi Chetty Street in Parrys. It’s one of those classic Chennai streets where everything feels like it’s happening at once. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle various travel services, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and filling out forms for people. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. Parrys is a loud neighborhood, and you can always hear the horns and the people shouting outside. We’ve gotten used to the noise over time, so it doesn't really bother us anymore. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick look at the messages that came in overnight. There is always a pile of documents on the desk that needs attention. We don’t try to act like a big company; we are just a local team doing our thing on Linghi Chetty Street. It gets pretty humid in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open or the fan on high. Most of our day is spent making sure that the bookings are correct and that nobody is left waiting. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps us on our toes most of the week. We just keep going.
