Toshni Tek International

Our office is at No. 267 on Kilpauk Garden Road. It’s a well-known part of town, and we’ve been here at Toshni Tek International for quite some time. We deal with technical equipment and various industrial supplies. The building is an older one, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with catalogs, manuals, and technical drawings. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to engineers or coordinating with suppliers from different places. Kilpauk Garden Road is a nice street, though the traffic during rush hour is something we’ve all learned to live with. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. Most of our customers know us from years of doing business together, so they usually just call or email their requirements. There’s a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s often where we end up discussing the day's tasks. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We prefer to take our time and make sure we’re getting the technical details right. It’s a professional but relaxed atmosphere. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road, but we’ve managed to stay put by just being reliable. We show up, do our work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a good way to run a business without overcomplicating things.
