The office is over at New No. 42, which used to be Old No. R1/3, on Kaveri Street. We are right in the middle of Kalakshetra Colony in Besant Nagar. This area has a lot of history and it is a bit more relaxed than other parts of Chennai. Kaveri Street is one of those spots where you can actually hear the birds sometimes instead of just horns honking. Todac Advisors has been set up here for some time. We occupy a space that feels more like a home than a typical office. It has got that old-school Besant Nagar charm with the sturdy walls and the way the light comes in. We are not a big team, just a small group of people who know each other well. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon or have meetings that last all day for no reason. We just get the work done. The old and new house numbering can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers, but we have lived with it long enough that it is just a funny quirk of the address. Working in Kalakshetra Colony means we get to walk around a bit during lunch and see the trees. It is a good environment for thinking and staying focused on the tasks we have. We do not have a giant logo on the door. It is just a simple place where we do our business every day.
