T.M. Radhakrishna Chetty & Co.

Our place is at G-2 in the Unit Industrial Estate in Vyasarpadi. T.M. Radhakrishna Chetty & Co. has been around for quite a long time, and the name has been in the family for a while too. We aren't a new startup with beanbags and glass walls. This is an industrial area, so it’s more about concrete floors and sturdy shelving. We handle a lot of different things depending on what our customers are looking for at the moment. Being in Vyasarpadi means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming in and out. It can get a bit hectic in the mornings when deliveries arrive. We just try to stay organized and keep track of everything in our ledger. The office is small and tucked away in a corner of the unit. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re more focused on the inventory and getting things shipped out on time. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it rains heavily, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this estate, but we’ve stuck it out. It is a simple operation run by people who have been doing this for decades. We don’t have a big marketing department, just our name and the work we do every day.
