If you head down to Chintadripet in Chennai, you’ll find us at No 09 on Bazaar Street. It is a very crowded place, full of energy and people moving every which way. Titan Industries Ltd has been part of this street for quite a while. The noise from the market is just part of the background now. We don't really notice it anymore. Our space is simple. We have what we need to get through the day. It gets very hot in Chennai, especially in the summer months, so the fans are always on full blast. We do our work, talk to the vendors, and manage the inventory. It is a very busy area, so there is always something happening outside the door. We aren't some big high-rise office with glass walls. We are right there on the street level, basically. It’s a very human way to work. You see the same faces every morning. We have our tea breaks and talk about the news or the cricket scores. The work isn't always exciting, but it’s steady. We focus on the orders and the paperwork. People know where to find us. It’s a practical location for what we do. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the bazaar outside. It’s just how we operate here. We’ve become a small fixture in the neighborhood over the years and we like the familiarity of Bazaar Street and the people on it.
