J R Polymers is situated at No. 10 inside the Lakshmi Complex. It's a modest space, not very large, but it serves our needs. We have some storage area and a small corner for an office desk. The complex itself has several other businesses, so there is usually some activity in the corridors. We handle different polymer materials and spend a good chunk of the day loading and unloading bags. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people who come here already know where we are. The building is a bit older, so sometimes the plumbing is fussy or the lights flicker, but we just deal with it. We have a small kettle for making tea in the afternoons. Our team is tiny, just a couple of guys who know the business well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to get the orders sorted and sent out. It’s a quiet, everyday routine. We show up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple life running a small business in a local complex. Sometimes we have to wait for the elevator if it’s being used for heavy loads, but we aren't in a massive hurry. We just do our bit and keep the records straight.
