It is an older building with a lot of character. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy with traffic and people. The area around Marshalls Road is always active. We have been in this spot for some time now. The office itself is quite simple and we don’t have any fancy signs or anything. It is just where the export work gets handled every day. Our team comes in, sits down, and gets to it. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting a while or just taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. The main thing is just having a place to manage the paperwork and the logistics. Most of the local people know the Rajah Annamalai Building because it has been there a long time. It feels like a solid part of the neighborhood. We are just one of the many businesses working out of this floor. It’s a regular job for us and we just keep things moving as best as we can. We usually have some tea around four o’clock to get through the rest of the day.
