Ramish India Exporter is right by the Thiruvanmiyur Bus Dippo on Nsk 3rd Street. Being so close to the bus depot means it’s always busy around here. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It makes the place feel alive. Our office is in Lakshmipuram, which is a convenient spot for us. We do a lot of exporting work from this small room. It’s packed with samples and paperwork. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a big shipment ready to go. We’ve been here for several years now, and the neighbors all know us. My daughter helps with the typing and the emails when she’s not at college. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Most of our day is spent making sure the packing is done right. We use a lot of bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows open to get a breeze. There’s a lot of dust from the road, but that’s just part of being in this area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with how things are going.
