It’s more of a quiet residential-feeling spot compared to a big industrial park, but it works well for our administrative side. We run the exim operations from here. There is always a lot of back and forth with logistics and customs stuff. Working out of Elegant Apartments gives us a bit of a calm space to focus on the details. Thiruvanmiyur is a nice area, and being in the Dr. Vasudevan Nagar Extension makes it easy for us to manage things without the noise of the city center. We don't have a giant warehouse attached to this office; it’s mostly where the planning and the phone calls happen. Most days involve looking at spreadsheets and making sure containers are on the right ships. It is steady work. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of floors. It's just us in Flat A, keeping the business going. We handle things as they come. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s not.
