K. S. Exporters

You can find K. S. Exporters over at No. 23 on 8th Street. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that really stands out from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our lives. We’ve been in the export game for a while, and it’s had its ups and downs like anything else. Some years are busy and we barely have time to breathe, and other times we’re just waiting for the next order to come through. We don’t really do much advertising around here. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or someone who heard about us from a neighbor. We keep our operation small on purpose. It’s easier to manage when you know exactly what’s happening in every corner of the warehouse. 8th Street is a good spot for us, close enough to the main routes but not right in the middle of all the noise. We handle all kinds of things, whatever needs to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking shipping schedules and making sure the customs papers are right. It’s boring stuff to most people, but it’s the heart of what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with and make sure the goods get where they're supposed to go without any big headaches. We take pride in just being reliable.
