Down at the Sidco Industrial Estate, we occupy Plot No. Ac7 through Ac11. It is a pretty big space, which we definitely need for all the heavy transmission parts we deal with every day. Bonfiglioli has been a known name in the industry for a long time, but here on the ground level, it’s just us working the daily shifts. The floors are made of thick concrete and usually have a bit of oil or grease on them. You can hear the clanking of gears and the sound of the forklifts moving pallets all day long. It's a very busy and loud environment to work in. We have a lot of parts coming in from suppliers and going out to customers every single day. The Sidco area is usually full of activity, especially in the early mornings when everyone is arriving for work. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a large industrial shed with a few windows. We keep the machines running and the inventory tracked as best as we can on our old computers. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and technical checking of the gears. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desks, but we eventually catch up when things slow down. The crew here is really hardworking. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; we just get to the floor and start working on the customer orders as they come in.
