Tata Indicom Purasaiwalkam Abirami Mega Mall

Our Tata Indicom branch is located inside the Abirami Mega Mall in Purasaiwalkam. We are up on the third floor, Level 3, at shop number six. Being inside a mall is quite different from having a shop on the street. We don’t have to worry about the dust or the heat as much, but we do have to follow the mall hours. We usually open up when the mall starts and stay until the last movie shows are well underway. Our shop is quite small, tucked away among the other stores on the third floor. We get a lot of people who are there to watch a movie or grab some food and realize they need to pay their phone bill or get a new connection. It’s a convenient spot for shoppers. We have a simple counter and some posters on the walls. Most of the time, it’s just one of us sitting here, waiting for customers to come by. It can be a bit quiet on weekday mornings, but the weekends are always packed with families and groups of friends. We handle all the usual Tata Indicom services, from SIM cards to troubleshooting connection problems. It’s a nice environment to work in because of the mall music and the people-watching. We aren't doing anything fancy, just providing a spot for people to sort out their mobile needs while they are out at the mall anyway.
