Tata Indicom Parrys Jaya Aruna Teleservices

You can find our Tata Indicom spot in the Parrys area, right on Armenian Street. We are at old number 44, which is now new number 91, on the ground floor. It’s a very old part of Chennai, and you can really feel that history when you walk around here. We’re directly opposite the Madras High Court, so as you can imagine, we see a lot of lawyers and people who have business at the court coming in. The street is always narrow and crowded with bikes and people walking everywhere. It’s not the easiest place to park, but people manage to find us. Inside, the shop is quite simple. We have the usual counters for handling Jaya Aruna Teleservices business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a functional space. We spend our day doing recharges, handing out new SIM cards, and helping folks with their billing questions. Because it's an old building, the ceilings are high but it can get quite warm during the peak of summer despite the fans. We get a mix of regulars who have been with the network for years and newcomers who just started working in the legal offices nearby. It’s a very busy, noisy neighborhood, but it’s interesting to be in the heart of the city like this. We just keep the doors open and help whoever walks in.
