Tata Indicom Mylapore Citi Centre

You can find us inside the Chennai Citi Centre mall on Dr Radha Krishna Salai in Mylapore. We occupy shops 10 and 11. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street. It’s always air-conditioned and clean, which is nice during the summer. We get a lot of people who are just walking by while they are out shopping or going to the movies. Our space is functional and designed to get people in and out without too much fuss. We handle all the usual Tata Indicom stuff like new plans and fixing connection issues. Mylapore is a traditional area, but this mall is quite modern, so it’s an interesting mix of people who come through. Sometimes it’s families on a weekend out, and other times it’s office workers from the nearby buildings. We have been here for a long time, since the mall was relatively new. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily and there is plenty of parking in the basement. We don't really have a lot of staff, just enough to make sure no one is waiting too long at the counter. It’s a straightforward job for us. We show up, help the customers, and keep the shop running smoothly. It is a bit of a hub for people in this part of the city who need help with their mobile or data services. We usually take our breaks at the food court nearby like everyone else.
