Tata Indicom Mount Road Spencers Plaza

I’ve been working here at the Tata Indicom shop inside Spencers Plaza for a while now. If you know Mount Road, you know how packed this mall gets, especially during the festive seasons. Our little spot is over in the 2nd Phase on the ground floor, shop number 54 A. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but once you find us near the Anna Salai entrance side, it’s easy. Most days, it’s just us handling the usual stuff like new connections or people coming in because their signal is acting up. We see all kinds of folks, from students looking for cheap data plans to older people who need help setting up their new handsets. The light in this part of the ground floor isn’t the brightest, but we keep the place tidy. Sometimes the mall AC is too cold, and other times it’s just right. People often stop by while they’re out shopping for clothes or grabbing a bite to eat elsewhere in the plaza. It’s a long day from morning till the mall closes, but we stay busy with recharges and bill payments. Mount Road always has traffic outside, so it’s nice to be tucked away inside the building where it’s a bit quieter. We just do our work, answer the questions people have, and try to get things sorted out so they can get back to their day. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical shop for your phone needs.
