Our place is located in Halls Towers at No 33 on Halls Road in Egmore. We are specifically in the D-Block on the 8th Floor, zip code 600008. It’s the same building where a lot of other pharmaceutical-related groups are based, so you see a lot of familiar faces in the hallways and the elevators. The office isn't massive, but it’s enough for our small group to handle the distribution alliance work. Chennai weather is usually hot and humid, so we are thankful for the windows that let in a bit of a breeze when it’s not too dusty outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different distributors across the state. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it eventually. There’s a small lunchroom where we sit and talk about local news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. Halls Road is always packed with cars and bikes, making the walk to the train station a bit of an adventure after work. We’ve been in this spot for years and have seen the city change quite a bit from our 8th-floor vantage point. It’s a practical workspace, filled with the usual office supplies and a few dusty plants in the corners. We don't go in for anything too modern, preferring the way we’ve always done things. It’s a steady routine that keeps the alliance running every day.
