Our office is situated in the Rajah Anamalai Building on the fourth floor. The address is No. 72 Marshalls Road in Egmore, which is a busy part of the city. Being up on the fourth floor means we have to take the lift or the stairs every day, and we are a bit removed from the noise of the street level. It’s a typical office space with desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We spend our days handling phone calls, typing up reports, and dealing with the administrative side of the business. It’s not a place where we make things by hand; it’s more about the planning and the paperwork. We have a small kitchen area where we grab tea and talk for a few minutes before getting back to the screens. The windows look out over the Egmore area, but we’re usually too busy with the work on our desks to notice the view. It can get a bit quiet in here when everyone is focused on their tasks, just the sound of keyboards tapping. We don’t have flashy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the workday. Being on Marshalls Road makes it easy for us to get to other parts of town after we finish up for the day. It’s a practical workspace for a team that just needs to get things done.
