Tablets India Ltd is based in the R. A. Building, which is number 72 on Marshalls Road in Egmore. We are way up on the 4th floor. Egmore is one of those parts of the city that always feels like it’s in a hurry. The R.A. Building is an older structure, but it’s sturdy and has been home to many businesses over the years. Getting to the 4th floor takes a bit of time if the lift is being slow, which happens more often than we’d like. Our office is dedicated to the pharmaceutical trade, specifically tablets and medicine. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and people talking on phones. We don't have any flashy displays or modern art on the walls. It’s a working office through and through. Marshalls Road is usually packed with traffic, especially near the hospital and the railway station. We can hear the horns honking from our windows. We have a small group of people here who have worked together for years. We know each other's habits and how the work flows. There isn't any corporate jargon used here; we just talk like normal people and get the orders processed. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but it’s a good spot to see the city. We keep to our schedule, handle the paperwork, and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Egmore hustle.
